Annual Meeting

No bother..I received the notice today in the mail of the new date of January 24. I encourage anyone who reads this to talk to your neighborhs and get them to either come to the meeting and vote or return their ballot to Kachina.

Returned ballot

Personally I returned our ballot the first time. Pretty sad that they only need 10% and they couldn't even get 10%of people (out of over 1400 houses!) to vote. Although I will say I am sure the investor properties could care less and that makes up a large chunk of the subdivision unfortunately.

Anual Meeting

The anual meeting will be held at Simonton Elementary Multi Purpose room on Thursday Jan 24th at 730 pm. If you havent sent your ballot in yet, do so, or just bring it with you.
