The search is on for a man investigators say tried to kidnap two young girls, ages 7 and 9, in Queen Creek Sunday.
According to the Pinal County Sheriff's Officer, the man asked a girl if she wanted to play, then grabbed her arm. It happened in the Castlegate subdivision.
The man told the little girl not to scream. She did, however, and the suspect let her go.
Investigators said the man then went after another girl. Both girls got away on their bikes.
The suspect is described as a white man with short, dark hair. He's about five feet, eight inches tall, and weights between 180 and 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, and reportedly drove a older blue-green truck.
Anyone with information about the suspect should contact the sheriff's office.
