Traffic update regarding 3rd Ave

Could you please forward this to the association?



I spoke with Christina at Valley Metro Rail today. She works with the division involved with the construction that is currently going on along Camelback Rd. I spoke to her regarding our issues about the fact that we cannot get into our neighborhood if we are traveling westbound on Camelback due to the no left hand turns at 3rd Avenue and at Camelback as well.



Once the lines have been painted along Camelback Road, we will be able to turn left onto 3rd Avenue from Camelback. This is due to be completed by Monday, February 6th. We will also be able to turn left off of 3rd onto Camelback as well. There will be one lane in either direction with a suicide line in the middle where you will be able to pull out from 3rd.



Since not everyone receives email, please share this information with your neighbors. Unfortunately, construction is part of light rail so we may have other concerns that come up. Please keep me advised of any issues and I will address them as they happen. Thanks.
