2009 PRMC Annual Meeting Held

The 2009 Annual Meeting of the Pierson's Ridge Maintenance Corporation was held on September 9, 2009 at the Hockessin Library Community Meeting Room.

The Minutes from that meeting were sent out. The Annual Dues for 2010 was left at $175 and is payable before January 31, 2010. After that date, a 10% Late Fee will be assessed. The good news is that 100% of all the PR residents were paid-in-full for 2009. The Board of Directors thank all of you for that !
