A neighbor is concerned about other children visiting from other neighborhoods and cities, bringing guns to streets where our children are congregated?— Parents be mindful of your children?’s associates and encourage them to share with you any information regarding strangers in the neighborhood which can be forwarded to the Neighborhood volunteers and Henrico County Police Community Resource Officer.
