Pinecrest Community Association

In front of my home, there are two pieces of the sidewalk that are nearly 2" misaligned.  These areas were marked with orange dots to be repaired, as were many others in the community.  Mine were never done.  Two Issues:  First, the association has a potential liability on its hands if someone were to trip and get injured.  Second, the contractor's invoice for work performed should be audited to make sure that the association paid only for the work actually completed, and not the work that was planned to be done.
