Annual Picnic

Where: At the green belt picnic area by the new East Lake darn.

When: Sunday, September 13, 2009 at 4:00 p.m.

This will be very informal. We plan to have pizza. That way, if a large crowd shows up, we can simply order some more.

This meeting will also serve as the last board meeting before election of new board members.
We will elect new board members if we have a quorum.

If we do not have a quorum, our by-laws require that we have an adjourned meeting. The eligible voting members who attend the adjourned meeting then constitute a quorum. The adjourned meeting for election of board members, if necessary, will be held at Tulakes Elementary in the library on Tuesday evening September 15, 2009, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.

Please remember, if you are not current on HOA dues, or assessments, you cannot vote for board members. This means you must have paid your 2009 dues, paid the first four (4) payments on the first special assessment (due the first of May, June, July and August, 2009) and paid the first payment of the second special assessment (due September 1, 2009).

Some of the topics we will he discussing:

1. Efforts to step up collection proceedings against homeowners who are substantially behind on dues.

2. Whether to publish a list of homeowners who are behind on dues and assessments.

3. Whether to amend our CC&R's to prohibit future rental of property under Section 8.

4. Additional information for our neighborhood patrol.
