Should we start a Homeowners Association

After many small discussions between various homeowners, it was decided that a Homeowners Meeting would be held on July 10, 2001. The meeting started around 7:00 PM and was held at David & Joy Lucente's home. Advertisement for the meeting was purely by mouth based on the individuals who had been participating in the smaller discussions. We felt that if there was enough interest among this smaller group, then there might be enough amongst the whole subdivision.

We had discussed the various Pros and Cons that come with having a Homeowners Association (See Pipkin Hills Newsletter Meeting Minutes 07/10/01 for more information) and had come to the conclusion that for those that were present, there is a definite interest in having one.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was decided to schedule the next meeting for Tuesday 7/24/01 starting at 7:00 PM and it would be held at David & Joy Lucente's home. If you plan to attend, please consider bringing a lawn chair.
