Westwood Management Corporation was approached by Steve Austin of 2815 Masons Ct to get a Proposal of Real Estate Management Consultation for Pipkin Hills Subdivision. Below is what was proposed:

Proposal for Real Estate Management Consultation for the:

Pipkin Hills Subdivision

We propose to offer real estate management consultation for the above-mentioned subdivision as its representatives seek to establish and operate as a community association.

We expect to complete the following tasks:

* Conduct initial phone consultation to set forth objectives
* Perform initial property survey
* Draft required amendments to the governing restrictions
* Converse with legal counsel regarding necessary amendments
* Compile operating association budget
* Compile long-range reserve association budget
* Compile and present feasibility report to interested homeowners regarding association establishment

Our price to complete the aforementioned services would be calculated at a rate of $60 per hour. Upon completion, Westwood Management, LLC, will be honored to present a comprehensive proposal for the day-to-day management of the Pipkin hills subdivision.
