The Pleasantville Strategic Planning and Revitalization community welcomes new home construction and encourages all builders to contact the Pleasantville Civic League to honor current Deed Restrictions in order to preserve the integrity of our neighborhood.

Pleasanton Manor (sections 2, 3, 4)
approx. 116 properties

Pleasantville (sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 & 8) approx. 743 properties

Pleasantview (sections 1,2,3)
approx. 122 properties

For those of you who are not familiar with deed restrictions, these are the documents which help us preserve the residential character of our neighborhood.

Anyone who wants to build new structures or change existing structure in the neighborhood must conform to the deed restrictions.
