A newsletter is currently beyond the scope of the web site.
What we are simply attempting to do is have a site whereby we can post, under the "Topics" section, suspicious behavior in our neighborhood. This will serve two purposes: 1)alert your neighbors 2)provide a log that we can return to at a later time should we need to document any observed suspicious activity.
