Read an article that stated Plum Valley Heights Homeowners Assoc. had contributed $97,000 towards research in the above topic. I know in the state of Colorado it is illegal to collect rain water.
Is anyone initiating or interested in a petition to get the rights of collecting rain water for home owners legal in the state of Colorado?
