Hi, awhile ago Bobbie, through the Board's direction, requested ALL residents to complete and submit a form of basic information....this form not only asked for emergency phone numbers from ALL residents but your insurance agent's name and information.
Forms are in the mail room. They are similar to one you may have filled out a few years ago. But they are not. They request additional information that the Office needs to have on hand. PLEASE COMPLETE AND HAND IN ASAP.
