Groups,  Please see a notice that Captain Wolff asked me to put out.  As stated in his suggestion, if you see anyone who looks like they are working under a vehicle, under suspicious circumstances, please call Police Non Emergency 231-6130, or 9-1-1.  Especially if you are driving by used or new car lots, and happen to notice someone underneath a vehicle at odd hours of the evening & early a.m. hours.    Thank You for your help!
