CRIME WATCH ALERT House Break-in in General Estates --- (off Gibbon Rd), 11-8-08   Teen "Party Time" in Vacant Houses Saturday night 11/8, a house on Brawer Farm Drive (which is currently for sale), was broken into by some teenagers and they had a wild party that lasted until around 4am.
  I was confused on whether this home had been recently purchased because the For Sale sign was removed from the property.  Yesterday 11/12, the sign was back in the yard so I called the agent and he advised me that the home was indeed broken into. He notified me that the teenagers had broken a window and damaged the carpet.
  It appears that this happens quite often. I actually called the police for a noise violation but no one was arrested because CMPD was unaware that the home was broken into. These teenagers seem to have done this type of thing numerous times based on their actions.
 
So let's keep an eye out for the deserted foreclosed homes and the homes that are currently For Sale in our neighborhood for any suspicious activity. --- Concerned
