Some possibilities:

1.  He got Hawaii and Haiti mixed up (if so, he believes Haiti is one of our states)?

2.He is the antiChrist and has forknowledge of a pending Hawaii earthquake.

3.  He's burned out his brain on drugs.

4.  It's a diversionary tactic to get us concentrating on something besides the healthinsurance scam.

If there is an earthquake now in Hawaii, I'd advise getting out the garlic, crucifixes, silver bullets, and wooden stakes.
