Everyone has access to health care, insurance is offered by most states for those that are poor....these state run plans are the reason health care is screwed up...u can die waiting for an appointment....as it can take 6 to 8 months to get in to see a doctor....

also being "forced" to carry medical insurance is unconstitutional....and yes davie we all know that u and mallory feel "entitled"..

Our liberty of NOT having to buy and furnish our own health insurance without penalty is the very violation of that constitutional right, taking away our liberties. We enjoyed the liberty of at-will purchase of med insurance (or not) until this bill was passed. Now, it is no longer at-will enjoyment of our liberties!

The pursuit of happiness clause of the constitution is also violated by this!
