its enforcing NOT inforcing.......the "i" and the "e" are on seperate sides of the keyboard davie.....the fat fingers thing wont work today......

With I or E, wouldn't it be just as easy to say, gee you're right, I didn't have any idea that there were so many already existing examples of federalized forced insurance. By law that is....

Being FORCED to carry it is NOT!

 

As I've said it is. It only depends on a person's political bias. We all have accepted states inforcing car insurance by law. We have all also accepted by law that workers comp insurance is required by companies for their employees.

There are many examples of federal laws "making" states do things. Think Social Security, Medicare, EPA, etc.


Regulating a person's healthcare is a whole lot different than car insurance!

As to your earlier post that we have 'rights' in the constitution - yes, we do. The big stumbing block continues to be that the gov't does NOT have the right to regulate a person's healthcare - period. I truly believe that judges are a bit more conversant on the constitution than any of us, TP.
