One of the unit owners of Poquoson Place Homes uses this handy man and recommends him to do repair work for the homeowners that are unable to do the repairs themselves. He provides the following recommendation:

"The Repair Man [Chris Creasman] that does all my repair work on all my properties is exceptionally good and very reasonably priced and is willing to help others...His work is high quality and I have not found anything he can't do - from Plumbing to Electrical to Carpentry and replacing rotten wood to Fence replacement to Painting to some Appliance repair.  He works for himself part time, so he works evenings and weekends - so he might not be able to handle emergencies during the day because he has a day job (doing the same thing for a larger company). He is fully bonded, licensed and insured"
