I own property on 60th between killingsworth and sumner. I have a flag lot that my daughter would like to build a house on. Should i hang on to the back lot or build. I'm afraid that if i build that in a few years that this area will be rezoned and someone would pay premiem for my property.I'm 65 and it's getting harder ever year to keep up the property. does anyone know if this area will rezone. I do have enough land to put 4 condo's on.
