I am doing a Cim speech on house developments in the area. There are a few that keep popping up around my house,and they seem to be disturbing the land. For example, this one undisturbed acre of trees was cut down to make room for a 26 house development. Twenty-six houses! Having taken a look at this new "neighborhood" (there isn't enough room to make connecting streets to it, so there's just one, all the other streets end in turn-arounds), you watch these houses being built that are very tall, but not very wide. There is also minimal yard space. What is the point of this? Do you believe that these areas are worth it? I think that it is wrong to cut down so many trees and try to cram everything in.
