Gaffney Lane Neighborhood Association wants know how you feel about a store like Wall Mart moving into Oregon City. Specifically the lot where Dale's Wrecking Yard is and the next vacant lot off of Mollala Ave. It would right next to the Bank of the West and across from Walgreens.
