West Portland is obviously some kind of center. Its decay and lack of development are one of the reasons Castle was able to locate there to take advantage of the great location (in their terms!)

Why can't we come together and agree on a direction that benefits the people who live in the area?

Doing nothing is NOT an option! So let's get on with it.
