The Montavilla Neighborhood Association (MNA) is in need of help in a few specific areas.

They are Board Secretary. Attend and take minutes of the general MNA meeting which is the second Monday of each month from 7-9 pm. The minutes need to be copied and one is sent to SE Uplift and the other is to be kept in a file for the MNA.

The other position is coordinating the advertising for the bi-monthly newsletter. Right now, the editor is doing it but it is becoming too much for her to do in addition with writing the newsletter. The advertising person would contact the advertiser bi-monthly and confirm their ads to be run. They would then report this info to the editor.

Neither of these positions are that time consuming. If you have a little available time, please consider helping your neighborhood association.
