Potomac Regency

I would like to add my displeasure regarding the eyesore that was recently installed on the wall in the island at the rotary.  The solar panel and spot light are not complimentary to our neighborhood view.  Please have who ever installed it, remove it.  It is not functional and looks ridiculous...
