We were concerned when trying to find out the name of the "mowers" that are mowing the exterior grass around the sub division. They had damaged our fence and as everyone know, its not in the best shape to begin with. The "President" of the Assoc. finally gave us a phone number but we could never get this company. In our frustration we called him back and we were told that the Assoc was dissolving and that the mowing would be stopping anyway because they had no funds.
Has anyone else been told this? If this is true, is there any interest out there to create a new Association?
Remember, keeping up the value of your homes is not easy and letting this neighborhood go because we are afraid to band together and get some things done will only escalate the decrease in value.
We need to replace the fence. We need to keep the grass mowed. We need to work on the entrances into the neighborhood. Let's quit gripping about it and do something about it. The properties that are just letting their homes go need to be reminded that their lack of interest in their homes affects the rest of us. If they need help, great, let's help them but let's just get this neighborhood back to the way it was 10 years ago!
