Complainers

What they accomplished is showing the development that there cannot be a dictatorship. Be wise and follow the rules. The only ones looking like fools are the ones who are not rule followers. The rest of us know best.

Gazebo

Why is there a gazebo on Hampshire that has a roof that doesn't match the house. Can the trustees do something about that? Was it approved? I thought the exterior material had to match the house. According to deed restrictions, anything you do has to match your house. The gazebo has a red roof and the house doesn't.

In general

Both trustees ran based on communication. It is nice that the new trustee actually followed through on something she said she was going to do. The complainers got their way after all! They are happy!

The present trustees know they cannot do anything about fines. They are realists and good trustees.

The only ones that looked like fools at that meeting were those that made a scene and left in the middle of the discussion only to skulk back to their seats 15 minutes later when they realized no one was following their lead.
