Received a phone call from Charlotte/Meck Alerts this afternoon.  Stating all burn permits canceled state wide and no outdoor burning due to fire risk until futher notice.  Includes Fire Pits.  Contained outdoor cooking is apparently allowed, but that is it.  I assume that means a grill for cooking no cooking over open flame.
