Prestonview, the notorious street across Preston Road from PNCWA, was surprisingly quiet in March, having only three offenses reported Vs eleven in February.

We are amazed – but pleased – to see the area west of Preston Road this quiet. It is a welcome relief, though chances that it will last are by no means assured. Still, the DPD is to be credited for this decline in offenses in this area.
