Prestwicke - Canterbury Homeowners Association

Can we have something done about the tress on Prestwicke Drive.  They overhang onto the sidewalk making it difficult to walk on the sidewalk. They overhang onto the road and hit the top of your car/truck as you drive by when there is traffic.  Can the homeowners association either trim back the trees or notify the homeowners that they need to make sure that someone 6'5" can walk down the sidewalk without having to stoop!!!
