Property Management West, Inc. (PMW) is the management company for our Association. PMW replaced Tyler Community Management, Inc. which declined to compete for further service. PMW was organized in 1974 and manages housing complexes in Idaho as well as Lakewood. Our commnity manager is Jennifer Frank who can be reached by telephone Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If she is not available, your telephone call will be returned as promptly as possible. After-hour messages can be left for Ernie through the 24-hour answering service at the same number.
