Save Highline Meadows from Poor Property Management & Reclaim Property Value

Several members met this week about having a special meeting to remove the current Board of Directors at Highline Meadows. This special meeting will be held for the purpose of achieving votes of the Highline Meadows owners. In order to hold such a special meeting, we must receive a 10% vote from the Owners of Highline Meadows.

We are looking for key people in the complex living within each of the Condo buildings. We need one person from each of the 10 Condo Buildings to act as coordinators to obtain the votes we are looking for to hold a special meeting. So far we have these key people in place to gain the 10% Vote for the "Special Meeting":

We need 10% (30 People out of 298) of the Association members to sign up for a "Special Meeting".
 
Once the "Special Meeting" is scheduled and filed with the Douglas County Court then we get the Proxy signatures from 151 members to terminate the current Board (We will have Association members ready to assume the responsibility of the Board of Directors).

At the special meeting the New Board of Directors present the 151 or more proxy signatures to the current Board of Directors which would absolve them and put the new Board of Directors in place.

Once the New Board of Directors is in place, the Current Contract (5 Years) with TMMC is terminated, along with legal burden of Hindman/Sanchez, and the New Board of Directors will have a new direction for Highline Meadows.

The goal of the New Board of Directors is to Save Highline Meadows from its current "Ghetto" conditions. This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Remove current management company (TMMC) and place management operation into "Hands Of People Who Care"

  • Regaining control of the CC&R's

  • Gain more control of the budget and prevent wasteful spending, cut spending and go into emergency mode to correct poor building and grounds conditions

  • Increase property value and return to sellable conditions

  • Minimize specialists and hire "Jack of all Trades" maintenance personnel with certifications

  • Set a plan in place for roof replacements for all 20 buildings

Thanks again for all your support. Please find the new pettition attached. Also find two pictures showing  "No Tmmc" and "Save highline Meadows". We may have a "Picket" at Broadway sometime to spread the word as people of this complex enter and leave. We need to organize and get as much support as possible or we may all go into Condemnation and lose our properties as they may be worth nothing.

1) Litigation- Current Lawsuit that have cost you thousands of dollars (Shows 2004 Outdated)
2) Budget is 4 months behind and shows outdated and un updated budget information from Dix and Barret Audit of 2006-2007
3) Minutes are not a direct reflection of meeting and have gaps in them, missing and 4 months behind
4) Insurance shows "Lloyds of London Insurance from 2008" is outdated and all insurance information is not shown.
5) Annual Meeting notes are from 2007

Remember that the Board went from a "Fiscal year" to a "Calendar year" but never changed the annual meeting time in August which means that you will look at a split version of the Budget. This alone will keep this community uninformed of the real use of our monies by TMMC and the Board of Directors. This was done to keep us from questioning the budget.... There is no other reason

The President has stepped down that was Unduly Elected

 

TMMC does not respond nor do they take my emails....as a management company TMMC does nothing more than processed our check and talk phone companies while spending all our monies so we are left with nothing..

 

The real management is from the maintenance personnel Rory Scott and Bill Mango.... as they are on site managing the complex... Why do we need TMMC?

 

They send our monies “Out of State”, “Never keep any Reserves for Roofs”, and spend every penny for the last ten years while they blame there RULE from the prior Ten Years!

 

Wake Up People!!!!!

Look at this bulletin...... the President has stepped down that was Unduly Elected... and now we are left with those people who are being bamboozled by Denise Haas with TMMC.

 

We can take control of our “FUTURE WITHOUT DENISE AND TMMC”

DENISE RUNS THE SHOW AND CONTROLS OUR  HIGHLINE MEADOWS COMMUNITY MONEY UNDER THE UMBERELA OF LAWYERS AND THE TMMC NAME

WE must stop the big business, take TMMC out of the picture and "SAVE OUR COMMUNITY"
