The most important thing for me is transparency and truth in what we are spending and what we are getting.

We would like the board to start answering all the questions on the spending. We want to know exactly where, when and why certain monies are being used by clear and concise documentation.  This documentation should consist of receipts, dates and invoices showing exactly where the monies are being used.

We would like direct answers to all the changes I have found in the Budgets for the last 4 years.  I want to know why numbers have changed and why the board is keeping information from this community.  This information is about the use of monies, write-offs, delinquents.   I would like also know why the board does not keep the web site up to date and has outdated, obsolete and illiterate information and why they are not showing current information for this community.

I would also like to see all the utilities bills and electric as well as water usage being used by common areas in this complex.

I want to know exactly where the paint and drywall and miscellanous maintenance have occurred and why.  I want to see all the invoices and told why the insurance did not cover any of them.

As part of this, we want to know what is happening with our common area insurance or fire insurance.  We would like to know the details of our policy including all exceptions of the policy. We want to know what is covered and not covered.   We would also like to know why the insurance is not being used for such things as roofs, drywall, plumbing back-ups, lift station etc.

Also I would like the board to explain why that have put us through 4 years of Lawyers fees in per suing Mr. Richard Reberg # 308, my neighbor,  in a District court lawsuit,  and why they have not just replaced this roof here at 130 east highline circle.

As a final request, I would also like the board to step down from there positions if they find that they cannot provide this information to everyone or want to keep hiding from the truth to this community.

The time has come for change and transparency by this Board.  We need to cut cost and analyze our spending in the past and current spending habits in order to assure a stable future for this community.

I am still very concerned that I am not the only one this has happened to and am also bewildered at the length that we are imposing fees without courteous reminders to the homeowners.   They got the impression that we might be very extreme, intimidating and harassing with our Legal Fees, Demand Letters and Tracking fees when someone that obviously was always a good payer on any HOA fees and accounts were in good standing.

If this was computer  generated then each situation should be reviewed, as well as, an effort should be made
to remind, not enforce past due fees on those who pay on time.    This technique of bill collecting could cause many homeowners to throw the towel in and go into foreclosure since each month fees and lawyer fees as well as other fees would apply causing there account to go so much in the red that they can never get out.

We pay TMMC enough each month to give our members the personal touch when it comes to accounts and dues.

This is the problem we are faced with here at Highline Meadows when we put our trust into TMMC to do our books and collect our monies using Hindman Sanchez.   First Off, the monies we actually bring in each month should be the monies posted each month in the accounts.    We do not live in some fantasy land when we show that all the monies are coming in when they do not.   We need to be transparent on the amount of Delinquents and the actual monies we are receiving each month.  We need all the community to know what is happening.

Why?  Because its our money and not yours or TMMC's. They may control our monies and bring them in down in Arizonia , but in the end it's the communities money.  An as being such,  it should be very transparent on when, how, what these monies are being used for at all times.

To Make matters worst in the past all the special assessments monies were shown as being received which is ridiculous and only inflates the Accounts Receivables accounts.   If we are to be truly accountable on the monies we have,  we will only show what we have received instead of invisible monies which we supposedly have.   This has been observed and documented in the past with the last two special assessments.

I hope I am making a point here.... that Money is not invisible.... and only can be true when in our hands. Therefore I request that the board start truly reporting actual costs and income.

Thanks for all that you do and I hope when your were at TMMC you had a chance to review there accounting procedures so that we as a community know exactly where our money is going and exactly how much money we have on hand
