Thank you for taking the time and showing interest in EPEHOA.
As many of you are aware there have been some changes made in the By-Laws, the changes have addressed some inconsistentes which occured and, frankly we did make the By-Laws a little more empowering to those of us who do pay dues each year as opposed to those that attempt to Bully the leadership without any personal investment other than their daily emails.
Meeting Minutes are still available to all Members (property owners) an audit of the HOA however, needs to be conducted by a dues paying member of the HOA. The thought for me is ''put up or shut up'' I'm of the beliefe that if you do not pay dues you have no right to tell us how to spend the assets provided by those of us who do pay our voluntary $50 annual dues. Very simple very fair.
Wishing you all a terrific day and look forwrd to seeing you at the up coming election.

Responsibilities

Ms. Hatch plays pretty fast and loose with our rights and her responsibilities under the original Covenants and By Laws, CCOIA, SB 100, and SB 89.

I spoke with a 20 year EPE owner last night who said he refused to pay dues because of the ''Bullying'' actions of this Board in '06.

Do you want an HOA Board where Board members feel empowered to call you a ''Bully'' and to tell you to put up or shut up?

This all goes to ''State of Mind''- they're her marbles and if you don't play her game she'll just take them home! But...wait, they're OUR marbles!
