Does anyone know the policy on RV's sitting on the street outside houses? Our neighbors have had one in front of their house for months. I'm nervous about how it blocks the street view especially when kids run around outside.

I believe you have to move any parked vehicle on the street every 72 hours.  Otherwise I know of no restriction unless you are using the RV as a dwelling.

On a similar note (perhaps of interest) I parked my son's Travel Trailer in my driveway for a few months while he moved temporarily out of LA.    My neighbor complained and that is how I learned that only 12 out of 25 feet of my driveway are within my property line.   Because the trailer blocked my garage door, the matter was now for building and safety.   Inspectors came out and asked us to remove the trailer because by law, you must have clear access to two offstreet covered parking spaces on your property in Kentwood.  My garage is my official off street covered parking.

We had to move the trailer and either park it legally in a parking lot meant for such storage or move it to another driveway with less tyrannical neighbors, but equally in violation of 'the law'.    It is now parked in an undisclosed location.

My neighbor was a past President of the Kentwood Guardians when she instituted a campaign to remove travel trailers in driveways.   I was one of her last targets (victims).    As the late great Chick Hearn said often  'no harm, no foul'.   Not according to my neighbor.    Thanks babe.
