Dear Colleague,

Each year the Department of Health, Division of Community, Family Health and Equity, seeks public input on maternal and child health programs, policies and issues as part of our community input process for the state's Maternal & Child Health (MCH) Block grant application.  We need your input on the strategies for meeting our state MCH priorities.

You can help us by:

1)            Attending our annual Title V Maternal and Child Block Grant Community Input Hearing at the Department of Health, Auditorium, Lower Level, on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

2)           Completing a survey to assist the Department of Health in determining funding priorities to meet the diverse needs of RI families.

This also is for anyone to help decide the future budget spending on programs you think would work for teens and all youth health programs whether tobacco etc...

Try to help...we need to tell the state folks how to spend our money wisely with what works.

It helps to revise what the state has been doing to assist you and our kids health needs in the future years.
