Grass roots at its finest!
The city of Pawtucket can't afford to install seasonal planters throughout the city this year. So the citizens of Pawtucket are going to do it!
If you want to join the fun and help Pawtucket be a better, greener city let me know.
When: This Saturday, June 13th at 3:00pm-5:00pm
Where: Parks department office in Slater Park across from the tennis courts
What for: Plant annuals in 32" planters that will be distributed throughout the city and will be tended by local Businesses.
Why: Because you want to make a difference
What to bring: Gloves and friends
Please pass this email on the friends that might want to help plant on Saturday or businesses you think might want to sponsor a planter.
