Employment Clinics

RIDLC is pleased to offer two opportunities to learn about your employment rights, and to speak privately to an attorney about your concerns at no cost to you

The clinics will be held at the RIDLC offices, located at:

275 Westminster Street
Suite 401

Providence, RI 02903

The clinic dates and times are:

June 21, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

and

June 23, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED as space is limited to 10 participants at each workshop.  See information on how to pre-register below.

Who should attend the employment clinics?

  1. Do you or someone you know need accommodations at work?
  2. Are you or someone you know having problems at work due to your disability?
  3. Are you or someone you know concerned about telling your employer about your disability?
  4. Were you or someone you know terminated (fired) from your job due to a disability-related reason?
  5. Are you aware of your legal rights and remedies?

If you can answer “yes” to any of those questions, then this workshop and one-on-one session with a lawyer may help you to learn more.
