Owners, I urge you to contact your renters and make sure they are keeping trash and cigarette butts picked up from around your unit.
Lawn maintenance cleans up most larger trash items but cigarette butts continue to be a problem. Any excessive problem units will receive a notice about trash issues and given an opportunity to correct the problem. Should the association have to issue a second notice a clean up fee or fine will be assessed.
