Each year, more and more families move into Quail Valley. Unfortunately, there are no schools or play areas nearby for the children. Consequently, children have been playing in parking areas and between buildings.


We do not want to discourage children from enjoying the property, but we ask that you and your children please do not play ball or roughhouse near cars and buildings. Many residents?’ cars have been hit by balls recently.


Quail Valley Homeowners Association is not responsible for damage to your personal property that is caused by residents or their children, and the Association cannot become involved in any legal action taken. If you or your children cause damage to personal property, you are responsible. If your property is damaged by another resident, please contact them directly.
