Quaker Hill Neighborhood Association

I have rented here for two years and it's been the worst experience of my life. My 19th century house is crumbling, the people in my neighborhood have stolen my plants, broken into my car, shouted threats, tried to rape someone in the nearby park, and defecated in my driveway...I'm not kidding.  The police were useless in all of these things but were quick to write me a parking ticket when my car was plowed in by snow and a citation when I didn't pull the weeds in my driveway despite the fact that no one can see this from the street and there are trash-strewn lots all around us that are very visible and hideous.  Who can I fine for those?  We are leaving and never looking back.  This entire neighborhood and everyone in it can go straight to hell as far as I'm concerned.  I'm moving where people are civilized and give a damn about themselves and their community and where the city isn't a faceless, useless, exploitative coward.  The next time I come back I'll be sure to piss all over the streets...don't worry...no one will notice.
