Kachina

Some residents still do not have trash cans, and the trash company will not pick up trash unless you have a trash can.....seems like a vicous circle doesn't it....Shouldn't a trash company pick up trash? And if they don't provide you with a can, shouldn't they work with you??? These people are not and it is unacceptable. They also do not offer recycling, which as you said is a dis service. Every other company that we have looked into has comperable pricing AND offers recycling, but we need to break out of this contract before we can hire a new company.

We don't much care for the trash service but haven't had a problem really. Once the guy skipped our house and my husband called and they practically yelled at him to have the can out by 6 a.m. It was but for some reason the driver had blinders on. We did have our can stolen by the people down the street when we first moved in. We now have our name inside just in case.

Do you happen to know the law firm that Kachina uses? I don't personally know any lawyers but there has to be someone out there that can help and something we can do.

Maybe in the newsletter this can mentioned. Is there an actual newsletter that is published? I'd be willing to help out if there isn't one.
