No, no late fee according to the girl I spoke with. And Michael was a tad incorrect (he's my husband LoL), our total was $123 an change, that is the total for 3 months, however they credited what I paid last month and this month which brought it to $31.04 which is the missing amount that I paid to AUSS for November, so theory we are good with them as long as they find the missing $31.

I asked her about the mailing and never really got a reason as to why it was due Feb 15th but we didn't receive it until Feb 23rd, but I inquired about a late fee and she told me no. I spoke with someone named Sheila.

Johnson Utilities Stink

I heard that the Arizona Republic was investigating Johnson Utilities.
Yes, I am mad too. The other company was charging what I thought was way too much, then Johnson Utilities took over and Started charging $41.20 for the water a poo do go down the drain. I thought this was outrageous! Then the other day I get a Bill for almost $200 saying something about them going back retro a few months a charging former Aus customers more money. Mind you all this time I have been paying my bill and on time...
Yes they are screwing us over good! There has got to be some way to report them to someone.. It is wrong for them to do this to us! They shouldn't get away with it!

Heck, My water bill is sooo much less!
