I am really concerned about the fact that the HOA decided to paint all our condos "BROWN" referencing the fact they are "trying to go back to the original color" Well My family has owned property here since the 80's when they were new, and I can tell you NEVER have the condos on the Radcliff side been brown! If you can even call that baby diarrhea color chosen by the HOA brown! I really think we as fellow condo owners need to have a meeting to discuss this before the actual painting begins. I am concerned it will decrease the value of the condos by making them look like something built in the 70s.
One of the things that makes our condos so desirable is that they have timeless look and are very neutral in color. They look very up to date in the taupe color they are now painted. Is anyone else concerned??
