Attendance to HOA meetings is important. Without a quorum, (a minimum number of members to make rules, decisions, etc) the HOA leadership cannot conduct business. So I'm proposing an electronic collaborative tool that will allow crown meadow members to voice their opinions, participate in discussions and cast votes. The advantages would be increased exposure to HOA topics and greater participation. Eventually, we maybe able to form an agenda for a meeting and promote it within the tool to gain a quorum.

For now, I'm suggesting facebook, since it's free and it's ubiquity.

Thanks Phil for your suggestion!  Another way I think would improve is to provide maybe pizza and drinks to bribe people to come out and voice their opinion.  I'm sure it would also

help many that still have to go home and cook in the evening after meetings.
