A day at the Center is chock full of great activities--something for everyone! From a quiet hour in the library to lively discussions in the ALERT & ALIVE group on Fridays. We have several Exercise groups per week also and several trips every week: shopping, cultural and sporting events.

The staff and members work very hard to make the Center a home away from home. This is a place that is immediately warm and inviting. Most of us at the Center are here because we know how important it is to be around other people and have friends. Here is where you will make many friends!
