Annual Membership Meeting for
Election of Member in Board of Directors

Dear Neighbor & Fellow Homeowner/Member of Regency Meadow Association,

Well, we made it past the initial Y2K and so far so good? It's coming up April, again! As Homeowners and members in good standing in your Regency Meadow Association we have an annual duty each Spring to elect a member in Board of Directors (BOD). As you may already know, for health reasons, Jack Zellner stepped down from his office of President and member in BOD during our Oct 1999 meeting. The remaining BOD term that Jack Zellner formerly held was temporarily filled by Dardo Dela Cruz and expires at our Annual Membership Meeting. Our main business at this upcoming April 25, 2000 meeting . . . to elect a member to fill this 3 year BOD office.

Information about upcoming Association activities will be brought up. The Assessment is nearly complete now and we thank all that complied in a timely manner. The survey results are being compiled with results and comments to be addressed by the meeting date. We hope to have a very informative speaker on Safety & Security talk with us at this meeting.

For Your Information (FYI): * Construction of a Pulte Subdivision adjacent to and just West of Regency Meadow is on schedule for this Summer. * That construction near IH-10 @ Hausman is yet another car dealership. * The Babcock realignment from DeZavala to Hausman is on track. * The apartment complex near the old AutoNation is nearing completion with more traffic to follow. * IH-10 @ 410 construction is ongoing with at least two more years of traffic. * May 6 is local voting for possible tax increases such as VIA's transportation initiatives, the Mayor's job programs, as well as local offices. * Lastly, a reminder to complete your Census form and return as soon as possible. * The RMA 2000 Budget & 1999 expense list were mailed to members.
