to stop the graffi we need to catch and severly prosecute the culprit and their parents.we didnt have this problem until the recent migration of the same people who destroyed philly,upper darby,chester and wilmington are now here to wreck our lives , destroy property and our community.maybe the local schools can teach'' Respect for others property 101'' in school.

when you see trash,litter,code violations,junk cars ect, New Castle County has a number you can call to report the household. over the last few years i have called and they do respond and make the culprit clean up their property .its anonymous and the system works. the # is 302-395-5040.this is the only way we can keep our property values up and keep our neighborhood from becoming the next ghetto.I am calling on 5 properties today,you should too
