If you haven't mailed in your dues payments yet please do so. The dues were lowered this year in response to complaints that people were fed up with paying more than their fair share for those who wouldn't pay.
So far 15% of the dues received this year have been from residents who did not pay last year. This is a great start. Please do your part and pay your dues.
