Three Commitees Established

The Compliance team has been created to establish the ground rules of violations of members who are not following our Covenants.

This committee will be following the Florida Statues of HOA's to ensure we get our community to where it should be.

 The Audit Team

 The 2018 Audit team has been established and will be having an audit performed some time in June.  

The Decorating Team   This is a new team created by your board to help decorate the common areas for upcomming events and Holidays. There is room for more so if you are interested in helping out to create a festive environment -
